The original Pilates Pool noodle, the Poodle™ is a 3 weight noodle that allows you to replicate studio exercises by adjusting its resistance, similar to the springs on Pilates machines. The blue is the lightest weight option, the orange is medium, and a combination of the two is the heaviest. Made out of high-quality dense foam, The Poodle™ is more buoyant and stable than anything on the market.

Specifically designed to be used with the Pilates Pool Decks©.
